Chronomade is operated by Laundrobot Corporation.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for purchases made through our website.

1. Shipping Destinations

Chronomade currently ships to the United States only.

We do not currently offer shipping to countries or regions outside the United States through our online store.

2. Order Processing & Production

All Chronomade products are handcrafted with precision and care. Each piece is made to order or prepared in small batches after a purchase is placed.

Production and order processing typically take 14–21 business days from the date of purchase.

Eligible orders are expected to be shipped within 30 calendar days after the order is placed.

If we become unable to ship an order within the stated timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide an appropriate option, which may include continuing with the delayed order or canceling the order for a refund, as required by applicable law.

3. Shipping Method & Cost

We offer free Economy Shipping for eligible orders shipped within the United States.

Economy Shipping: Free for eligible U.S. orders.

At this time, Economy Shipping is the only shipping option available through our online store.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

United States Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, local logistics conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Shipping Origin

Some Chronomade products may be produced, assembled, or fulfilled by our manufacturing and logistics partners outside the United States.

Certain products may be assembled and shipped from Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

The shipping confirmation email may include:

- Your tracking number
- A tracking link
- Carrier information, when available

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been dispatched.

7. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Chronomade is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment.

8. Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.

For U.S. orders, applicable taxes, duties, import fees, carrier charges, or other government-imposed charges, if any, are the customer’s responsibility unless they are specifically included and displayed at checkout.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

We will assist you in reviewing the shipment status and working with the carrier or logistics partner where appropriate.

Chronomade is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, carrier disruptions, customs processing, natural disasters, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in reviewing shipment issues and working with the carrier or logistics partner where appropriate.

10. Return Shipping

This Shipping Policy applies to the delivery of orders placed through our website.

For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a product defect, damage, or an error made by Chronomade.
