Refund policy
Chronomade is operated by Laundrobot Corporation.
This Return and Refund Policy applies to eligible orders placed through our website for delivery within the United States.
1. 14-Day Return Window
Chronomade accepts eligible return requests within 14 days after the order is delivered.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
Return requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is in its original condition.
- The item has no human-caused damage, including scratches, breakage, visible wear, stains, or signs of misuse.
- The item is returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included materials.
- The item has not been altered, engraved, customized, or personalized, unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Products may be opened and lightly inspected or tried, provided that they remain in resalable condition and show no signs of human-caused damage.
3. How to Request a Return

Please include the following information in your return request:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
4. Return Approval and Instructions
All returns must be approved by Chronomade before being sent back.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.
Please do not send any item back without return approval. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For approved returns due to personal preference, change of mind, wrong model selected by the customer, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns caused by a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error made by Chronomade, we will review the case and may cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a product defect, shipping damage, or an error made by Chronomade.
6. Restocking Fee
Chronomade does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Please do not discard the product, packaging, or shipping materials before we complete our review.
If the issue is confirmed, Chronomade may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate solution.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Custom-made products
- Engraved or personalized products
- Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or human-caused damage after delivery
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or included materials
- Items showing visible wear, scratches, breakage, stains, or other signs of use beyond light inspection
For items with human-caused damage after unboxing, Chronomade may offer repair services where available. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more details.
10. Custom-Made or Engraved Products
Custom-made, personalized, or engraved products are made specifically for the customer and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If a custom-made or engraved product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@chronomade.co.
If the issue is confirmed, Chronomade may arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate solution.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production or fulfillment begins.
Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide an appropriate option, which may include continuing with the delayed order or canceling the order for a refund, as required by applicable law.
