Warranty Policy
Chronomade is operated by Laundrobot Corporation.
This Warranty Policy applies to eligible Chronomade products purchased directly from our official website.
1. Warranty Coverage and Period
Chronomade provides a 2-year limited warranty for eligible products, effective from the date of delivery.
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
To qualify for warranty service, customers must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or the email address used to place the order.
2. What Is Covered
This limited warranty may cover:
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Manufacturing defects in workmanship
- Structural issues caused by confirmed production defects
- Functional issues caused by confirmed manufacturing faults
- Defective components present under normal use
If a covered defect is confirmed, Chronomade may provide a repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.
3. What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, cosmetic aging, or other cosmetic changes caused by use
- Damage caused by drops, impacts, accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Damage caused by water, excessive heat, chemicals, moisture, or exposure to extreme conditions
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, disassembly, or alterations
- Damage caused by using the product with an incompatible device model
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions
- Loss, theft, or missing items after delivery
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect product functionality
- Human-caused damage after delivery
4. Warranty Service and Costs
If the issue is confirmed to be covered under this limited warranty, Chronomade will cover the repair cost and reasonable standard shipping costs related to the warranty service.
If the issue is not covered under this limited warranty:
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Repair labor may be provided free of charge if no parts replacement is required.
- If replacement parts are required, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacement parts.
- Chronomade will provide an estimate or explanation before proceeding with any paid repair service.
5. How to Request Warranty Service

- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Photos of the product, packaging, and any affected components if available
Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
6. Warranty Review Process
Chronomade may request additional photos, videos, or information to evaluate the issue.
Submitting a warranty request does not automatically guarantee warranty coverage. Warranty coverage will be determined after Chronomade reviews the information provided.
If the issue is confirmed to be covered, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
If the issue is not covered, we may still offer paid repair service where available.
7. Shipping for Warranty Claims
For confirmed warranty-covered defects, Chronomade will cover reasonable standard shipping costs related to the approved warranty solution.
For issues not covered by warranty, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Please do not send any product back without prior approval and instructions from Chronomade. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
8. Relationship to Returns and Refunds
This Warranty Policy is separate from our Return and Refund Policy.
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Warranty service applies to eligible manufacturing defects that occur or are discovered within the 2-year limited warranty period.
9. Limitations
This limited warranty applies only to eligible Chronomade products purchased directly from our official website.
Products purchased from unauthorized third parties, resellers, marketplaces, or second-hand sources may not be covered.
This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights under applicable law.
