Return and Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Send a request to hello@chronomade.co
- Include your order number and a brief explanation
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days to review your request.
3. Return Approval & Process
If your return is approved:
- You will receive a return shipping label via email
- You may either:
- Drop off the parcel at a nearby carrier (typically FedEx, DHL, or UPS)
- Arrange a home pickup via the carrier’s website
4. Refunds & Return Conditions
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
- Products may be opened and lightly tried, with no human-caused damage (e.g. scratches, breakage, visible wear)
- Products with manufacturing defects
For eligible returns, return shipping costs are covered by us.
5. Non-Returnable Items & Special Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items with human-induced damage after unboxing
→ We may offer repair services instead (please refer to our Warranty Policy for details) -
Custom-made or engraved products
→ Non-returnable unless defective
For defective custom items:
- Please report within 7 days of receipt via hello@chronomade.co
- A replacement will be arranged if the defect is confirmed
