When will I get my order?
The lead time of the product is based on our production schedules, and is reflected by the “ships in” number on the product page, and the “target shipping date” on the order status page. The shipping time is based on the shipping method chosen, and is the amount of time it should take for your package to arrive after leaving our fulfillment center.
What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 30 days of receiving your product, please fill out our return/exchange request form using the button below. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team at hello@chronomade.com. We’ll be happy to provide further assistance in place of having you complete our formal returns process.
How to wind the movement?
Simply turn the crown with the red dot next to the large dial to wind the mechanism.
How long will the mechanism run after a full wind?
Under normal circumstances, the mechanism will operate for approximately 30 seconds. The precise duration depends on the extent to which it is wound. Please note that the escapement produces a ticking sound during operation, so exercise caution when winding in quiet environments.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are produced both domestically and internationally. We meticulously choose our manufacturing partners to ensure that every product meets our high standards of quality while offering fair value.
Why is my order going to take several weeks to ship?
Lead times are calculated based on a variety of factors, including the amount of time it takes any of our vendors to complete processes for the product, material shortages we have run into, large order volumes, and the amount of time it takes for us to manufacture the product. International orders may take an additional 2-3 weeks to process before shipping out.
Do you offer warranty?
All Chronomade products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year from the shipping date.
- The warranty is valid only with the original order number and matching email address.
- Products purchased from third-party vendors (e.g., eBay, Amazon) are not covered under our warranty.
- Any unauthorized modifications will void the warranty.
To make a warranty claim, or if your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us via the form with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipments may take additional time to clear customs, and import duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. In our experience, packages are rarely rejected by customs, unless they are not claimed or the fees are unpaid.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Does Chronomade have a storefront?
We sell directly to customers through our website and we don't have any retail or reseller partnerships.
