Each Chronomade product is handcrafted, made to order, or prepared in small batches.

Do you offer warranty?
Yes. Eligible Chronomade products purchased directly from our official website are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This limited warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, cosmetic aging, drops, misuse, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or human-caused damage after delivery.

How to wind the movement?
To wind the mechanism, gently turn the crown with the red dot located next to the large dial.
Please avoid overwinding the mechanism. If you feel resistance, stop winding.
How long will the mechanism run after a full wind?
Under normal circumstances, the mechanism operates for approximately 30 seconds after a full wind.
The exact running time may vary depending on how fully the mechanism is wound and the condition of the movement.
Please note that the escapement produces a ticking sound during operation, so use caution when winding or operating it in quiet environments.
